Spent Christmas at this hotel and was impressed with the warm hospitality. Relished the delectable Christmas spread at the restaurant. The centrally-located hotel is a perfect base for exploring the nearby attractions. Services offered include a spa, a well-equipped gym and a huge conference hall. The comfortable room with a flat-screen TV and hot and cold water facilities was a treat to come back to.

The fact that the breakfast had limited options and closed a bit late was a letdown. Though the staff was prompt in responding, the unpainted furniture was a bit of an eyesore.

We enjoyed a wide variety of healthy and tasty breakfast options, including live station items that are not usually found in this hotel category. The staff were outstanding and delivered additional toiletries and coffee sachets quickly. We particularly liked the hotel facilities, including the superb gym and beautiful decor. Additionally, the convenient location to the garden and the Kashipur area made our stay even more enjoyable.
